  • I watched both City Zoom Session and The Youtube Live link while the Youtube Live is shifted 90 degrees… The City Audio Sucks!
  • Looks like they tabled everything!
  • They didn’t follow again the proper rules. They didn’t have a second to Table the hiring of a City Manager, but asked a few more times after it failed to get it through.
  • They won’t even approve to hire more officers or city staff! Why???
  • Seems City Council is creating meetings to just table items to get a paycheck, how is it that their own legal counsel wasn’t even prepared tonight? Amateur hour at its Finest!
  • Hector is trying to kill the city and leave everyone holding the bill. Don’t believe me, see the campaign flyer where he ran to disincorporate the city. That’s against his fiduciary duties.

  • 1. It appears that you’ve been running a business from your property without paying the proper commercial taxes. The land on Bluebird Ln off East White Dove Street in Reno, registered as residential, shows no evidence of being taxed as commercial. Meanwhile, large trucks are coming and going from a lot zoned strictly for residential use. That’s not just a violation of deed restrictions—it’s damaging roads and leaving others to foot the bill.
    Operating a trucking business in a “SF-1 Single Family Residential District-1” is, frankly, an abuse of your position. Roads not built to handle 18-wheelers are being chewed up, while your business avoids paying a single commercial dime. That’s not just unethical—it’s parasitic.

  • He was supposedly recently demoted for his failures, and lack of maintenance for over 2 years. Now TECQ is getting involved. Tho Hector and Jody his wife say oh they were waiting to see if they city would stay a city. So you just sit on your ass “little boy” and do nothing?

David Miller acting City Manager of Reno and Springtown

  • Resigned from Tri-County Electric for fraud.
  • Sold all Tri-County Electric customer information. Over 100k customers affected in 16 different counties.
  • Resigned from Bedford under suspicious circumstances.
  • Used his non-profit illegally for Campaigning in Elections, which is a direct violation of IRS Rules and Regulations with 503c non profits.


An email was sent, causing David Miller to immediately resign from Tri-County Electric. See, he was recently promoted to the President of the Board and started to pull some BS, so an email was sent out, and he resigned within 12 hours of such email! Who, tho he claims he was just too busy, but he was super proud to take on the president role! Also, as soon as he left because of his claim of lack of time, he took on a new role with the City of Reno. Thought he was out of time, man, can no one keep their lies? Sorry, I mean, story straight?
